What is fellowship software?

Fellowship software helps organizations manage the intake of applications and facilitates the review of applications by judges. Robust fellowship management software platforms integrate with CRM, Salesforce, or an AMS in order to pass back and forth critical information about membership participation.
How is OpenWater different from other softwares? Based on the feedback by our client base who have used other systems, we seem to excel in a few areas.

Integrations: From day 1 of our company we have prioritized integrations with other systems. Our robust API allows developers to do whatever they want. Out of the box we’ve integrated with all the major payment processors. We’ve also developed our own “Integrations Hub” that lets us connect with all the major CRMs (like Salesforce and Microsoft) and AMSs (iMIS, Fonteva, Nimble, YourMembership and MemberClicks to name a few). Single Sign On (SSO) and Bi-Directional Integrations all offered out-of-the-box for those CRMs that allow it.

Customer Support: We are averaging a 10 minute response time in our customer service department. We use the tool Intercom, which is a chat based system (similar to Teams/Slack/Text Message) so that our customers can have direct access to their dedicated team members. No more waiting 2 days for a response from clunky ticket based support systems. It’s no wonder we consistently rank at the top of G2 Crowd for best support in the industry.

Adaptability: Our customers are consistently surprised with how far they can push the limits of OpenWater to accommodate nuances in their workflows. Awards is only the beginning. What kind of reporting capabilities can I expect? Our reporting engine makes it super easy to slice and dice any type of data that is in the system.
